The black bold name on the top of each shift is the LEAD for that week. The LEAD will contact you prior to your shift to let you know what time you need to be at rink. If you are trading or hiring out your shift - YOU NEED TO LET THE LEAD KNOW WHO YOU ARE TRADING WITH OR HIRING.
It is NOT up to the lead to find someone for you.........that is your responsiblity and if you are a no show.......you will be responsible to pay for the hired person that will take your shift hours.
There is a list of people that you can hire in the booth on the bulletin board or located on the wall in the boardroom. The rate that you will have to pay that person is $15.00 hour.
If your booth shift only ends up with 1 game we are requestion you pick up 1-2 games on a tourament weekend or weekend we are having to do hireouts. Thanks for your co-operation on this!!
